Furthermore by creating a vendor account and listing your services you agree to be bound by this bachelorette vendor agreement in full.

1. Independent Contractor Status
As a vendor on 512Bachelorette.com you operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, agent, or joint venture partner of 512Bachelorette.com. Furthermore 512Bachelorette.com has no control over how you conduct your business, deliver services, or manage your operations. Therefore you are solely responsible for your own business, taxes, licenses, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Bachelorette Vendor Agreement โ Platform Role
512Bachelorette.com provides a marketplace platform only. We make no guarantees regarding booking volume, revenue, or customer acquisition. Additionally we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform at any time without liability to any vendor.
3. Commission & Fees
Every vendor on our bachelorette vendor agreement accepts the following commission structure. First you agree to a 10% platform commission on all bookings processed through 512Bachelorette.com. Furthermore this commission is automatically deducted at the time of transaction. Additionally 512Bachelorette.com reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days written notice. Finally you are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
As part of this bachelorette vendor agreement you agree to the following responsibilities. You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date listing information at all times. Furthermore you must honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform and maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance for your business.
Additionally you agree to deliver services exactly as described in your listing, respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, maintain a professional standard of conduct at all times, and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
5. Cancellation Policy for Bachelorette Vendors
Under this bachelorette vendor agreement you must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice for any booking cancellation. Furthermore cancellations made less than 14 days before an event may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform. Additionally repeated cancellations will result in immediate permanent termination of your vendor account. As a result 512Bachelorette.com reserves the right to issue customer refunds from your earnings in cases of vendor cancellation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
This bachelorette vendor agreement strictly prohibits the following conduct. You agree not to solicit customers to book outside of the platform to avoid commission. Furthermore you agree not to misrepresent services, pricing, or availability or engage in discriminatory, abusive, or illegal conduct toward customers.
Additionally you must not post false reviews or engage in any fraudulent activity, share customer personal data with third parties, or violate any intellectual property rights. Violation of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate permanent termination and may result in legal action.
7. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 512Bachelorette.com, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from your services or failure to deliver services. Furthermore this indemnification covers your negligence or misconduct, any customer disputes related to your services, your violation of this bachelorette vendor agreement, and any third-party claims related to your business.
8. Limitation of Liability
512Bachelorette.com’s total liability to any vendor under any circumstances shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by that vendor in the 30 days preceding the claim. Additionally 512Bachelorette.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
9. Termination
512Bachelorette.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any vendor account at any time with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to violation of this bachelorette vendor agreement, customer complaints, and fraudulent activity. Furthermore termination may result from conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users or any reason at 512Bachelorette.com’s sole discretion. Upon termination you forfeit any unpaid earnings if termination results from a violation of this agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between a vendor and 512Bachelorette.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, TX under the laws of the State of Texas. Furthermore you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against 512Bachelorette.com.
11. Modifications to This Bachelorette Vendor Agreement
512Bachelorette.com reserves the right to modify this bachelorette vendor agreement at any time. Additionally continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Entire Agreement
This bachelorette vendor agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 512Bachelorette.com and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings between the parties.
