1. Bachelorette Party Booking Refund Policy โ€” Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

512Bachelorette.com operates as a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent third-party vendors. We do not own, operate, employ, or control any vendor listed on our platform. Furthermore we are not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors and accept no liability for vendor services, quality, cancellations, or disputes.

Additionally 512Bachelorette.com does not process refunds on behalf of vendors and accepts no responsibility for vendor cancellation or refund decisions.


2. Customer Cancellation & Bachelorette Party Booking Refund Requests

All cancellation and refund requests must go directly to the vendor who provided your service. Each vendor maintains their own cancellation and refund policy which appears on their listing page. Therefore by completing a booking you agree to that vendor’s specific cancellation terms.

512Bachelorette.com will only issue refunds for the following:

Platform booking fees if a vendor cancels a confirmed booking. Additionally we issue refunds for duplicate charges resulting from a verified platform error.

For all other refund requests contact your vendor directly using the messaging system on their listing page.


3. Vendor Cancellations

If a vendor cancels your confirmed booking your sole remedy against 512Bachelorette.com is a refund of the platform booking fee only. Furthermore 512Bachelorette.com accepts absolutely no liability for any additional costs, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from vendor cancellations including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or alternative arrangements.


4. Escalating a Bachelorette Party Booking Dispute

If your vendor is unresponsive or acting in bad faith you may escalate your dispute to us at help@512bachelorette.com. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action against the vendor up to and including permanent removal from the platform. However 512Bachelorette.com makes no guarantees regarding dispute outcomes and accepts no financial liability for vendor conduct.


5. Rescheduling

All rescheduling requests must go directly to your vendor. Additionally 512Bachelorette.com makes no guarantees regarding rescheduling availability and accepts no liability if rescheduling cannot be accommodated.


6. Service Quality Disputes

Any disputes regarding service quality, delivery, or vendor conduct are strictly between the customer and the vendor. Therefore 512Bachelorette.com expressly disclaims all liability for vendor performance, service quality, or any damages arising from vendor conduct.


7. Force Majeure

512Bachelorette.com accepts no liability for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God. Furthermore platform fees under force majeure circumstances will be issued as store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances regardless of the reason for cancellation:

Platform and processing fees except in cases of vendor cancellation. Additionally add-on services already rendered, custom or personalized items ordered on your behalf, and gift cards and promotional credits are all non-refundable.


9. Chargebacks

512Bachelorette.com takes chargebacks very seriously. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may result in permanent suspension of your account. Furthermore it may result in being banned from future bookings and legal action to recover funds and associated fees.

Therefore we strongly encourage all customers to contact help@512bachelorette.com before initiating any chargeback with their bank or payment provider.


10. Bachelorette Party Booking Refund Processing Times

Any platform fees approved for refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Additionally processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


11. Changes to This Bachelorette Party Booking Refund Policy

512Bachelorette.com reserves the right to modify this bachelorette party booking refund policy at any time. Furthermore continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
